About the Albert J. Miller & Robert & Nancy Smith Preserve
For such a compact area one mile southwest of the Village of Dexter, the site contains a wide variety of high-quality habitats. The trail system winds through dry oak-hickory forest, wet areas of swamp white oak, and past several small wetlands.
Directions
Directions: From I-94: Exit Number 167 (Baker Road), northbound. Turn left onto Shield Road. Turn right on Parker Road, then left on Dexter-Chelsea Road. The preserve entrance is located on the north side of Dexter-Chelsea Road.
