    A virtual meeting will occur on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 2:00pm, to hear objections on whether a portion of the drain known as the Lambie Tile Drain should be abandoned or vacated, in whole or in part, as prayed for in a petition dated December 21, 2020, stating the drain has ceased to be of public utility and is no longer necessary or conducive to the public health, convenience and welfare of properties and residents of Charter Township of Superior, in accordance with Section 391 of Chapter 17 of Act No. 40 PA 1956, as amended.
