The Home Toxics Reduction Program provides Washtenaw County residents with a disposal option for flammable, poisonous, toxic and corrosive materials.
Regular collection events are held the first three Saturdays of the month, April through November 9 a.m. to noon, except for holiday weekends. No appointment needed on Saturdays!
If you can't make it to a Saturday collection, please call 734-222-3950 to schedule a weekday drop-off appointment. Please allow at least 48 business hours advance notice to schedule an appointment.

Out of respect for Thomson Reuters employees, there will be no admittance before 9:45AM. Please do not plan to arrive earlier than the starting time of 10AM. Gates will close at 2:00 sharp! Long wait times are expected.

New Music Detroit brings their 12th annual marathon music festival to Trinosophes, the DIA and The Cube! The avant-garde production features experimental and far-reaching sounds ranging from contemporary chamber music and European folk to experimental electronics and noise improvisation.

Join us to hike a couple miles through Draper-Houston Preserve while also helping the environment. This is the kick-off for our Preserve Challenge – a virtual challenge to encourage getting outside and enjoying natural areas. No registration or previous experience is necessary. Please dress for the weather and be prepared for working off-trail. Led by Katie Carlisle.

This sell-out event is sure to have your family making amazing memories with an overnight adventure in the park. This event features activities including fishing, crafts, hiking, stargazing, and a campfire with s'mores. Top off the event with a free Sunday morning pancake breakfast.
