    Old trees filled with hollows are of great importance in the forest - a home, food and shelter for many animals. Learn about who is hiding in the tree tops and leafy hollows and how they survive the winter. Led by Shawn Severance. For ages 2-4. Pre-registration is required - 15 children maximum.   2. Woods & Wetland Wander

    We’ll hike 2.5 miles of trail to enjoy the splendor of fall in various habitats. This mid-distance hike is a great way to enjoy the calm of nature before the holidays. Parts of the trail can be muddy, so please wear good boots. Led by Kelsey Dehring.

  3. Campfire Meditation

    *** Meet at Medford Pavilion *** Hike to a quiet spot in the park and enjoy a brief sit around a campfire, mindfully drinking a cup of tea while taking in the crispness of fall giving way to the stillness of winter. We will hike less than ½ a mile and spend some of our time resting at picnic tables before hiking back.   4. Yoga in the Park

    A Slow flow yoga class, all levels welcome, no experience necessary, please bring your own mat. Class will either meet in the meeting room or, if weather permitting outside.
