If you would like to receive an Absent Voter Ballot for the August 4 State Primary, please do not wait to receive an application by mail. Choose one of these options:
• Submit your application online at Michigan.gov/vote as soon as possible
• Complete & sign the printable Absent Voter Ballot Application (PDF) and submit it directly to your City or Township Clerk by email. You can find your Clerk at Michigan.gov/vote.

Please select the actual legal name of the City or Township where you are registered to vote. This may be different than the post office city name in your mailing address. Not sure where you are registered? Revisit Step 1.
The City of Ann Arbor maintains its own application to accept requests to be placed on its Permanent Absent Voter List. Please use the City's application to make your request.
