What are the income guidelines for the program?

Your household must be at or below 200% of the federal poverty level to qualify for the Weatherization Assistance Program. Income eligibility is established based on the previous 3 months income for the household.

  • For a family of 1 the maximum annual income is $25,520
  • For a family of 2 the maximum annual income is $34,480
  • For a family of 3 the maximum annual income is $43,440
  • For a family of 4 the maximum annual income is $52,400
  • For a family of 5 the maximum annual income is $61,360
  • For a family of 6 the maximum annual income is $70,320
  • For a family of 7 the maximum annual income is $79,280
  • For a family of 8 the maximum annual income is $88,240

Add $8,960 for each additional household member.
