Parker Mill County Park
Parker Mill County Park is named for the historic Parker Mill (1873), consisting of a grist mill and cider mill, which was operated by the Parker family until 1958. The mill is open for public tours on Sundays in the fall. Although the mill is its defining feature, the park offers an extensive trail network that lets visitors explore the forested banks of Fleming Creek to its confluence with the Huron River. The park can be accessed via the Border to Border Trail (B2B) on the east end of Gallup Park and visitors can travel through Parker Mill County Park to connect between the B2B and the Matthaei Botanical Gardens Trail (MBGT).
