Santa & Friends Series

Christmas Hot Chocolate

Make the holiday season bright, by hanging out with Santa and his friends, it’ll be a delight!

Have no fear Santa and his friends are near! Kick off the holiday season by attending the NEW Santa & Friends Series! Throughout December, Washtenaw County Parks & Recreation Commission (WCPARC) will be offering several family-friendly events and activities to celebrate the season! After all—‘tis the season to be freezin’!

At Pierce Lake Golf Course, on December 7, families can enjoy a pancake breakfast (fresh off the griddle), along with some steamy hot chocolate. After bellies are full, children can meet with good ole’ St. Nick! Bring your camera and capture the moment with a picture. All children attending this event will walk away with a goody bag and a take-home craft!

Missed Santa on December 7? Catch him again on December 14, at Rolling Hills County Park for another pancake breakfast! This time, with a delicious pancake bar—filled with blueberries, chocolate syrup, and so much more!

Splash into the holidays at the Meri Lou Murray Recreation Center with another exciting indoor activity. Enjoy a fun pool party followed by cookie decorating with Santa’s friends, Anna and Elsa from Frozen! There will also be the opportunity to drop off letters to Santa in his mailbox located in the lobby of the Meri Lou Murray Recreation Center. Lucky participants might even receive a response from the North Pole!

With numerous recreational activities available, it will make the winter days more bearable.

Registration is online at parksonline.ewashtenaw.org! Space is limited at all events so make sure you sign up today!
