Seven days a week and 24 hours every day, the CARES access number for mental health and substance use treatment services offered by Washtenaw County Community Mental Health is staffed to serve you.

CARES social workers, therapists, peer-specialists, and psychiatrists are on standby to offer:

Crisis response services

Access to mental health services

Resources connections

Engagement with community partners, and

Support for individual needs.

Thanks to millage-funded service expansion, the CARES team has been able to respond to more than 800 crisis service requests in the first six months of 2019 alone!

To learn more about current and planned millage-funded public safety and mental health services for Washtenaw County residents, you can print (and share) this flyer or visit https://washtenaw.org/2970/Public-Safety-and-Mental-Health-Millage
