The main Washtenaw County Health Department phone number (734-544-6700) has been falsified in a scam to contact random people for sensitive information. The Health Department has been made aware that the spoofed number is asking individuals for health insurance information. The Washtenaw County Health Department will never randomly call you asking for your health insurance information. If you get such a a call, hang up immediately and do not give out your personal information.
