Posted on: September 13, 2023[ARCHIVED] Prosecutor's Office Co-hosts Annual Purple Run, Registration Open
Registration is open for the Annual Purple Run 5k walk and run, hosted by the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office, the U-M Division of Public Safety & Security and the Ann Arbor Police Department.
The event will take place on Saturday, October 21st at 9am. Registration is 8am – 9am at Duderstadt Center at North Campus (2281 Bonisteel). Pre-registration is $35 for Adults and $30 for students, or $40 for day of registration.
All proceeds raised during this 5k fun run/walk will benefit Safehouse Center. SafeHouse Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to provide safety, support, advocacy and resources for survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence and their children, and to work relentlessly to change the systems and attitudes that allow this abuse to continue.
