Health Educator with the Healthy Neighborhoods Team

MIHP Social Workers

The Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP) is a home visiting program for pregnant women and infants up to 12 months old who have Medicaid insurance. Social workers, nurses, and dietitians work together to provide supportive services to these individuals. We currently have openings for one full-time and two part-time MIHP social workers: Social Worker (part time), Social Worker (full time), Social Worker (part time) Apply by Tues, 5/23.

Preventive Medicine Student Trainee (temporary)
