Effective Friday, September 29th, 2022, Deputy Greg Roberts has completed initial certification for both dogs he will handle, Bruno and Wolverine.  Bruno, a German Shepherd Dog (GSD), is assigned as a patrol dog.  His proficiencies include tracking; area, article, and building searches; drug detection; and protection of his handler.  Wolverine, a German Shorthair Pointer (GSP), is assigned as an explosive detection dog.  We’re fortunate in that Greg comes to the Sheriff’s Office as an experienced law enforcement professional and police service dog handler.
