PUBLIC NOTICE ON THE ADOPTION OF A BROWNFIELD PLAN FOR 303 NORTH FIFTH AVENUE AND 312/314 DETROIT STREET, ANN ARBOR, MI 48104 PURSUANT TO AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH ACT 381 OF THE PUBLIC ACTS OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN OF 1996, AS AMENDED
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Public Hearing shall be held before the Washtenaw County Board of Commissioners on August 3, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., at 220 N. Main Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48103, which will be a hybrid meeting, on the adoption of a Brownfield Plan for 303 N. Fifth Ave. and 312/314 Detroit Street, encompassing three development parcels, 303 North Fifth Avenue, 312 Detroit Street, and 314 Detroit Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104 within which the Authority shall exercise its powers, all pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Brownfield Redevelopment Financing Act, being Act 381 of the Public Acts of the State of Michigan of 1996, as amended. The description of each of the properties that make up the proposed brownfield property is:
303 North Fifth Avenue:
Lot 79 Assessor’s Plat No. 29
312 Detroit Street:
Lot 80 Assessor’s Plat No. 29
3944 Research Park Drive:
Lot 81 Assessor’s Plat No. 29

Please note that all aspects of the Brownfield Plan are open for discussion at the public hearing.
