Plans for initial millage investments

At their October 3 meeting, Washtenaw County Commissioners approved 11 recommendations from the Community Mental Health Advisory Council (CMHAC) regarding early priorities for the county’s mental health millage investments.

Washtenaw County Community Mental Health is pleased to share with you the first in a series of communications regarding these investments. This document describes plans for initial millage investments that focus on some of the most urgent recommendations made by the advisory council, but please know that there is more in the works.

Washtenaw County Community Mental Health is actively working with community partners to explore ways to address each of the remaining recommendations in turn. We will share more about this work--including opportunities for engagement, RFPs for community partners, job announcements, and more--in the months ahead.
