To promote the safety of employees and customers, our Environmental Health front office at 705 North Zeeb Road, Ann Arbor is now open by appointment only.
Appointments are available from 10:00 a.m. - Noon, and 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call 734-222-3800 to schedule an appointment.
Anyone entering the building is required to wear an appropriate face covering.

- Pick up - Permits, water sample bottles, and radon test kits will be labeled and placed on the pick up table in our lobby. We will call you to tell you they are ready. Lobby pick-up is available from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
- Request radon test kits - Call 734-222-3800 or fax 734-222-3930 (use this credit card payment form). After payment processing, pick up radon kit in lobby. Lobby pick-up is available from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
- Request water sample bottles - Call 734-222-3800 or fax 734-222-3930. Use our water bottle request form, which is available in our lobby or online. Once payment is processed, the bottle(s) will be labeled and placed on the pick up table in our lobby. We will call you to tell you they are ready. Lobby pick-up is available from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
- Return water samples - Attach completed forms to bottle and place in the small white refrigerator in our lobby. Do not put water samples in the drop box located outside! Lobby pick-up is available from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday. Be sure to return water samples by 3:00 p.m. so they will be picked up by our lab that same day.
