Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission is in the process of developing a Comprehensive Master Plan to guide the organization for the next five years and beyond. PROS Consulting has been engaged to optimize the planning process (https://prosconsulting.com/). Their team will be conducting a series of  meetings to ensure that the broad interests of the community are considered. This is the first general public meeting to gather input. A follow up meeting will be held during the latter phase of the planning process.

Additionally, a statistically valid needs assessment and online public survey will be issued. A customized website is currently being developed to provide on-going project updates and serve as an avenue to crowd-source information. You are invited to share this information with your contacts once it becomes available.

Washtenaw County will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services, such as signers for the hearing impaired and audio of printed materials being considered at the meeting, to individuals with disabilities at the meeting upon 7-day notice to Washtenaw County.
