Mindful movement in nature for ages 18+

The last day of summer and the first day of Autumn is a time of transition and quiet beauty. The Earth is preparing for harvest and the transformation of light to dark, warmth to cold. Join naturalist Elle Bogle and mindfulness instructor Julie Woodward for a morning hike to celebrate the winding down of summer and to welcome the Fall. Pre-registration is required.
