We are mere days away from the winter solstice and although many plants, animals and birds have prepared themselves for sleeping the long, cold months away, there are several still out and about enjoying the frosty air. Come savor the brisk morning and see how the woods and all its inhabitants are changing as they prepare for winter’s long sleep.
