Family story time followed up a short nature hike.
Gather at the Beach Center with Parks Naturalist, Elle Bogle, to hear The Gruffalo in addition to other mice stories. Enjoy boxed apple juice and popcorn while listening to the stories. Then take a Gruffalo Hunt nature hike. Follow a brave little mouse on a hike to discover the houses of woodland creatures…can we find an underground house, a log pile house, and a tree top house? Only one person is needed to register per family, as the fee is per family. Pre-registration is required online at parksonline.ewashtenaw.org. Registration # IL431311.
