A nature program for ages 7 - 11.
If you've walked through the grass on a warm summer day, you've likely encountered members of the order Orthoptera: grasshoppers, crickets, and katydids. Using sweep nets and field guides, join naturalists Elle Bogle and Kelsey Dehring in learning all about the differences and similarities between these long-legged, musical insects.
