1. A Public Hearing receive comment on the proposed 2019 millage rate to reduce the following rates from the 2018 levels due to a Headlee reduction factor of 0.9939 including:

Operating Millage rate of 4.4239 mills, Parks & Recreation rate of 0.4728 mills, Natural Areas rate of 0.2341 mills, Enhanced Emergency Communications System rate of 0.1943 mills, Roads rate of 0.4891 mills, Veteran’s rate of 0.0977 mills, Mental Health  & Public Safety rate of 0.9857 mills, and as the rates permanently established by MCL 211.34d; in compliance with Section 24e of Act 206, P.A. 1893 (M.C.L.A. 211.24e), the Millage Reduction Fractions Act 6, P.A. 1981, as amended (M.C.L.A. 211.34d), Section 6 of Act 264 P.A. 1987, (M.C.L.A. 141.471), and Section 10(3) of Act 106 P.A. 1985 (M.C.L.A. 207.630); and directing the County Clerk/ Register to cause to be published a notice of said meeting
