To send 3 deputies to Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) training to increase their ability to observe, identify, and articulate the signs of impaired driving due to drugs, alcohol or both

To purchase 3 LTI Truspeed lasers for more accurate speed detection readings

To update the models of Preliminary Breath Tests used in the field

This funding is a one-time grant targeted for law enforcement agencies as they address the issues that driving impaired due to the influence of alcohol, marijuana, and other drugs presents in their communities
