OCED administers the Housing Rehabilitation Program using federal HUD funds. The program is designed to bring eligible property owners' dwellings into compliance with common housing standards to provide safe, decent and affordable housing for Washtenaw County residents. Assistance is available for income-eligible homeowners within an eligible Urban County jurisdiction. Assistance is available on a "first-come, first-served" basis. Due to community demand for the programs listed, it is expected there will be more applicants who apply than we can assist at the present time.
