As one of the largest employers of young adults in the area, the Parks offer a wonderful environment for seasonal employment. Our agency is committed to providing a positive work experience that includes orientation, training and acquiring new skills. Our competitive wages range from $11.25 to $17 per hour, with lifeguards starting at $15 per hour. In many instances, staff can use the amenities where they work, such as the water park, golf course, fitness center or access to the parks for free. Other incentives are offered as well.

Rolling Hills County Park employs over 160 seasonal staff each year and hires for the following positions:

• Accountant
• Cashier
• Concession
• Day Camp Coordinator (must be 21 years or older)
• Day Camp Counselor (must be 18 years or older)
• Lifeguard (must be American Red Cross certified)
• Maintenance/Park Laborer Aide
• Park Rangers and Park Ranger Supervisor
• Water Park Attendant

Rolling Hills begins accepting applications for the summer season on February 1.
