2023 Continuum of Care Bonus and DV Bonus Projects

As part of the 2023 Continuum of Care Funding Competition, Washtenaw County Continuum of Care (CoC) will accept applications for one or more new or expansion projects totaling:

$482,593 for New or Expansion CoC Bonus Projects -and-
$222,407 for New or Expansion Domestic Violence Bonus Projects

The 2023 CoC Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO)has been released. Applicants should understand the 2023 NOFO before applying. Agencies not previously funded through the Continuum of Care program are encouraged to apply.

Applications are due Monday, August 28 at 11:59pm.

Please note that according to the draft 2023 ranking policies, bonus projects will be prioritized in the following order:

CoC Bonus:

1. Supportive Services Only--Coordinated Entry Projects (SSO-CE)

2. Permanent Supportive Housing Projects (PSH)

DV Bonus

1. Supportive Services Only--Coordinated Entry Projects (SSO-CE)

2. Rapid Re-Housing Projects (RRH)
