2022 Special Unsheltered NOFO Application

The Washtenaw County Continuum of Care (CoC) community has been working hard to complete the 2022 Special NOFO to Address Unsheltered Homelessness process to apply for around $1.6 million over three years to address unsheltered homelessness in Washtenaw County. Both parts of the 2022 Special NOFO Application, the CoC Application (narrative) and Priority Listing (all submitted projects) are available here for the general public, along with a detailed report on the funding process.

On June 22, 2022 the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced a special funding opportunity to address unsheltered and rural homelessness.

You can read more about the funding opportunity from HUD: Special NOFO

For this opportunity, the CoC is submitting applications for 1 supportive service project, 1 rapid rehousing project, 1 HMIS project, and 1 CoC planning grant, for 4projects in total.
