Important Infant Formula Recall Information

Please visit the State of Michigan WIC website and click on the pink banner that says "Formula Recall" to see which lot numbers of formula are recalled and should not be used, and for step-by-step instructions on what to do for already redeemed benefits, unredeemed benefits, and special formulas.
