For residential permits, we offer a SESC site plan map which fulfills several plan requirements of the Washtenaw County SESC Ordinance (Items 1 - 4c on the Site Plan Checklist, Example Map). This format requires the permittee to add additional information (Items 5a - 5e on the Site Plan Checklist) to the map as they related to the specific project.
Applicants need to submit two copies of a site plan with the application. Some customers order two copies and mark both of them up with the additional information needed; some customers order one copy, mark it up and then submit a color photocopy along with the original.
Most SESC maps will fit on an 11x17 print; however, the Ordinance requires a map scale of no less than 1 inch equals 100 feet. Larger parcels may need to be printed on a larger size.
***Note: Permit and site plan requirements may vary for other jurisdictions.
Please refer to the Soil Erosion Control page for additional information regarding forms, fees, and more.
