Name and Calendar Search

Court records are public unless restricted by Statute, Court Rule, or Local Administrative Order. The public may do a name search in person at the main office of the Clerk of the Court-Court Services by using the public computer terminals or through the Court's website.

Searching

Suffixes on case numbers indicate the type of litigation (i.e. DM = divorce with children). For a complete list of case type codes, see Michigan Court Rules 8.117.
