The bulk of this land is owned and maintained by the Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission as NAPP nature preserves. The NAPP preserves are open to the public year-round, from dawn until dusk, where you can enjoy walking, bird-watching, sketching, and quietly experiencing nature.
For information on individual preserves, please view the Pick A Park or Preserve! page.
