Bail Bond Persons

It is the responsibility of the 22nd Circuit Court to annually update, publish and post an alphabetical list of eligible bail bonds persons as per MCL 750.167b(4). The list is required to be posted in a conspicuous place in each police precinct, the County Jail and in other key locations. For this Court, those locations shall include the Court Services Offices in the County Courthouse and at the Service Center. In addition, copies shall be forwarded to the court Administrator of each District Court in the County and to the Judge of the Juvenile Division and of the Probate Court.

The Court shall distribute for posting a revised list on or about January 1st, each year. However, the Court may revise the list as necessary. Complete applications must be received no later than 30 days prior to an annual distribution date to be considered.
